Extension of office and storage hall, with prefabricated reinforced concrete frame structure, with the creation of a two-story office and social block. The existing warehouse and the extension were connected along the entire length of the connecting end wall, forming a single airspace. The floor structure is an industrial floor suitable for forklift traffic, which is locally surface sanded in strips with high surface accuracy for multi-tier shelving. Access to the storage hall is provided by a sectional industrial gate covered with a steel structure canopy and dock gates integrated with a covered ramp leveller. The roof structure is fitted with spot-like heat and smoke ventilation domes and strip lights.
The façade doors and windows of the extension are thermally insulated strip windows with a plastic case structure, as well as façade passenger doors. The net floor area of the hall building extension realized in the general construction is: 1.680 m2.
